()*'!'&&  )!'6 !65 !;!'&6  )!!'6&  Learned State counsel, on the other hand, has opposed the present petition for regular bail and has referred to paragraphs 5 and 6 of the affidavit filed by the State, as per which, it has been stated that the deceased had died on account of "Aluminum phosphide" being administered to her and that it is the petitioner who had forcibly given poison to her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the fact that there is nothing on record to suggest that the deceased had been administered poison forcibly.

Keeping in view the above-said facts and circumstances,
