Petitioners were aggrieved against the order dated 18.12.2017 passed by District Magistrate,Sonipat authorizing Tehsildar-cum-Executive Magistrate,Sonipat, on the application of State Bank of India under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,2002 to take possession of the property inspite of the stay order passed by this Court. Upon notice, counsel for the respondents states that stay order dated 18.12.2017 has since been withdrawn vide order dated 9.1.2018 passed by District Magistrate,Sonipat. Copy of the same has been produced in Court today and the same is taken on record. Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid factual position.

In view of the above,instant petition is dismissed as infructuous.
