The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.134 dated 27.12.2019 registered under Sections 354-A, 354-B, 294, 509, 109 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur. 2.

By an order dated 16.01.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from SI Sulakhan Ram submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.
