*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order passed by this Court on 01.04.2016 in CWP No.6090 of 2016, the representation filed by the petitioner has been considered but consequential benefits have not been released.
On perusal of order dated 01.04.2016, it is apparent that only direction was there to decide the representation by passing a speaking order but nothing has been mentioned as to what relief was to be granted. The speaking order has been passed and some relief has also been granted to the petitioner.
It cannot be said that there is non-compliance of order dated 01.04.2016.
Disposed of accordingly.
