(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.338 dated 11.12.2020, registered under Sections 15 and 27A of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Ratia, District Fatehabad, Haryana.

Vide order dated 17.08.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Pargat Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 17.08.2021 AMAN JAIN 2021.12.10 16:47 I attest to the accuracy of this order

CRM-M-1878-2021 (O&M) -2granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
