In the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, at Chandigarh Civil Revision No. 1290 of 2022 Date of Decision: 07.04.2022 Palwinder Kaur ... Petitioner(s)
Versus
Gurmej Kaur (Deceased) through her Legal Representative ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kshetarpal.
Present:
Mr. Gagandeep Singh Sirphikhi, Advocate for the petitioner(s).
Anil Kshetarpal, J.
1.
The petitioner assails the correctness of the order passed by the trial Court, while directing that both the suits will be decided by a common judgment.
2.
In both the suits, the dispute is with regard to succession of the property of late Sh.Gurmit Singh. In the first suit, the property is being claimed on the basis of natural succession, whereas in the second suit, the property is being claimed on the basis of a Will, left behind by late Sh.Gurmit Singh. All the parties to the litigation are the members of one larger family.
3.
In view of the above, no ground is made out to interfere. Consequently, the present revision petition is dismissed. 4.
The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
