(ORAL) This revision petition has been filed by the petitioners against the impugned order dated 02.11.2021, whereby they have been chargesheeted under Sections 308, 323, 325, 506 read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, as have been raised in this petition, before the trial Court.
