Whereas, per Annexure A-5 revival petition (Chart).Letter dated 17.01.2022 PSIDC admitted for receipt of advance payment of Rs.5.03 lacs and also post dated cheques as per following details towards the OTS amount of Rs.36.93 lacs. Organisation, Liquidator on 06.08.2009. Further, Amritsar by the Assistant P.F. Commissioner, way of letter Amritsar has filed application bearing CA No. 95 to 97 of 2018 before HHC for impleading Regional Provident Fund Commissioner , Amritsar as respondent No.4 and for direction to the petitioner/official Liquidator to consider and pay the EPF due of the applicant/RPFC the claim amount of Rs.10,51,100/- . As per the Annexure-9, 10 it is observed that as per letter dated 03.12.2021 of the EPFO Amritsar Rs.6422340/- (including damages of Rs.1277650/- and interest of Rs.

4093590/- for the period from 05/95 to 12/2021) is still pending for payment as mentioned in the Annexure-10 (Revival petition Chart) Therefore no dues certificate is required in this regard.

Jai Jawan 4409619.5 As per letter dated 22.03.2022 Security received from Jai Jawan Security Service Service wherein they have claimed for Rs. 88,19,239/- (combined) for payment in Priya Textile Ltd. (in liqn.) and Uma Synthetics Ltd. (In Liqn.) From 01.07.2009 to 28.02.2022.

As per the Annexure-A-7 of revival petition (Chart) the ex-directors have paid Rs-5 lacs on 28.08.2021 to Jai Jawan Security for the period upto 31.03.2021.

Considering above, that this amount is still payable.

Therefore no dues certificate is required after payment of requisite amount.

Employee's 1006905.00 ESIC vide letter dated

State Insurance 20/22.01.2010 submitted with this Corporation , office on 27.01.2010 with a demand Chandigarh of Rs. 1006905 towards their dues.
