Learned State counsel seeks to place on record additional affidavit of Balwinder Pal Singh, General Manager, District Industries Centre, Jalandhar. She has referred to same and submits that all due payments have been released to the petitioner. The issue regarding payment of interest has been referred to the Treasury. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of. It shall be ensured that needful be done at the earliest, in any case not later than three months. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any grouse subsists.
