On 13.05.2024 the following order was passed : "Yet again a request for an adjournment is made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants on the ground that his instructions are incomplete. Though no ground is made out to further adjourn the matter, however, in the interest of justice, last opportunity is granted and the case is adjourned to 04.12.2024. It is made clear that in case the matter is not argued on the next date of hearing, the same shall be dismissed for non-prosecution."

Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice.

In view of the above and keeping in view the order dated 13.05.2024, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
