The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.322 dated 26.08.2023 under Sections 395, 397, 412 of the IPC (Section 392 and 34 deleted later on and Section 412 added later on), and Sections 25 (1-B)(a) and 27 of the Arms Act (Section 27 added later on), registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Gurugram. 2.

After issuing notice of motion on 20.01.2025, the petitioner had been granted interim bail by this Court vide, with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the order dated 20.01.2025 reads as under:-
