Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 433 dated 23.12.2018, registered under Section(s) 174-A IPC at Police Station City, Sohna, District Gurugram.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial Judge and move an appropriate application for grant of bail in the present case as well, as he was already on bail in the main case i.e. FIR No. 110 dated 29.03.2018, registered under Section 398 IPC at Police Station Chand Hut, District Palwal.
