This contempt petition alleges non-compliance and willful disobedience of the interim orders passed by this Court on 04.09.2009 (Annexure P-1), 10.03.2010 (Annexure P-2) and 12.12.2013 (Annexure P-11), respectively, passed in Civil Writ Petition No. 3974 of 2007. 3.

It is not disputed at the Bar that Civil Writ Petition No. 3974 of 2007 has been dismissed as withdrawn by extending liberty to the petitioners and with certain observations. It is not disputed that since all the interim orders merged in the final order and therefore, the present contempt petition does not survive.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
