*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of order passed by this Court on 09.08.2016 in CWP No.12057 of 2016, a speaking order has been passed and a direction has been issued to Chairman, Improvement Trust, Ludhiana to re-consider the claim of the petitioner. Copy of the speaking order has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned State counsel also submits that the petitioner has been called for personal hearing on 10.05.2017.

Since the compliance of order has been made and speaking order has been passed, nothing remains in this contempt petition. Disposed of accordingly.

The petitioner is at liberty to appear before the Competent Authority on 10.05.2017.
