(ORAL) [1] The present is a second petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.252 dated 12.05.2023, under Sections 21-A and 27-A of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad, District Fatehabad, Haryana. [2] However, both learned counsel for the parties have stated that the petitioner has since been released by the learned trial Court under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C. and he has been granted default bail and therefore nothing would survive in the present petition and the same has become redundant.

[3] Dismissed as having become redundant.
