The amount of compensation to be paid to the petitioners-land owners was enhanced by this Court vide order dated 31.8.2015 in RFA No.1626/2011.

Contempt jurisdiction is sought to be invoked for non-payment of the enhanced compensation.

Counsel for the petitioners heard.

Appropriate remedy is to file the execution proceedings and therefore, the present contempt is not maintainable. Dismissed with costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to be deposited with District Legal Service Authority,Jhajjar within one month from today.
