Ranjit Kaur is mother-in-law of respondent-Dr.Mandeep Kaur and has filed the present contempt with the allegations that the complainant daughter-in-law is misusing the interim order directing the maintenance of status-quo with regard to possession of the premises in possession of complainant in the unit of shared house under the Domestic Violence Act. At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition due to grave typographical mistakes, with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
