The petitioners are allottees of flats in a group housing scheme and had filed CWP 13491/2017 challenging the notices for payment of enhanced compensation. The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 24.7.2017 with a direction to the Standing Committee to pass a speaking order on the pleas to be raised by the allottees. At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition as a speaking order has been passed after filing of the present contempt on 7.2.2018.
