(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to judgment dated 01.12.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Fatehabad in CIS No. 243 MNT 2019 titled as 'Monika and others vs. Jagminder Singh' in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C., whereby total final maintenance of Rs. 7,000/-p.m. (Rs.3,500/-p.m. to the wife, Rs.2,000/- p.m. and Rs.1,500/-p.m. to the respective minor children) has been awarded to the respondents from the date of application.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as the parties have been granted divorce under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act vide judgment and decree dated 16.11.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Fatehabad. A copy of the said judgment has been supplied by learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today, which is taken on record.
