(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.431 dated 11.11.2020 registered under Sections 379-B, 384, 452, 120-B, 506 IPC at Police Station Ladwa District Kurukshetra. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of previous order of interim bail passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court. ( 2 ) CRM-M-2144-2021 State counsel on instructions from SI Ravinder has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and further submits that the recovery from the present petitioner stands effected and now he is not required by the police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order of interim bail dated 19.1.2021 is hereby made absolute.
