Instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S., praying for quashing of FIR No. 134 dated 11.03.2020, under Sections 323,34,379-B, 447, 506, 201 of IPC, registered at Police Station Gharuanda, District Karnal and charge sheet dated 20.09.2022 (Annexure P-2) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail remedy available to them as per law.
