(ORAL) Petition herein,under Article 227 of Constitution of India, is for issuance of time bound directions to the Court of Tehsildar-cum-Assistant Collector First Grade, Khandur Sahib to proceed with Case No.8 dated 01.08.2017 for partition of agricultural land of Village Sabhran-II, titled Amarjit Kaur vs. Sukhdev Singh and others expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the case file.

No order is impugned herein and grievance arises out of the delay in disposal of the pending partition proceedings. No interference is called for issuance of any time bound directions to the Tehsildar, as prayed for, but given that petitioner is a senior citizen lady, it is expected that endeavour will be made to decide the pending proceeding as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments. 4.

Disposed of, accordingly.
