Petitioners, who had passed 10+2 Examination from Central Board of Secondary Education filed the instant contempt with the allegations that in violation of the orders dated 30.8.2017 and 11.12.2017 (P-1)passed by this Court in CWP 2548/2017, their Detailed Mark Sheets, Migration Certificates were not being issued by the respondent Board as also their result was not displayed on the website of the Board despite their having passed the examination.

Notice of motion was issued.

On 19.2.2018 counsel for the respondents had handed over the Detailed Mark Sheets and Migration Certificates of both the petitioners to the counsel for the petitioners and had sought time to upload the result of petitioners on the website of the Board.

At the time of hearing today, counsel for respondents states at the Bar that result of the petitioners has been uploaded on the website of the Board rendering the instant contempt as infructuous. Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2018.02.27 14:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP 533/2018 Counsel for the petitioners does not refute the statement made by the learned counsel for respondents.
