Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner filed CWP 16896/2016 decided on 22.8.2016 and concededly got a direction issued to the Estate Officer,HUDA Gurgaon for deciding the case of allotment of an alternative plot to her in terms of the policy dated 18.2.2013 regarding exchange of plots whose dimensions are not uniform and upon whom it is not feasible to construct. The claim of the petitioner has been decided by a speaking order dated 25.10.2016 (P-3) by the said officer, wherein it has been noticed that the said officer is not competent to order the exchange of plots. At the time of hearing realising that the directions were not properly got issued, learned counsel concedes that no willful disobedience is made out, He, however, prays for permission to withdraw the present contempt petition to enable his client to avail her appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
