Petitioner is a complainant in FIR No.63 dated 30.4.2016 for the offences under Sections 323,324,326 and 34 IPC, PS Sadar, Sri Anandpur Sahib lodged against one Pardeep son of Gyan Chand and his two sons Vishal and Raghu, residents of H.No.71,Gali No.03, Rajinder Nagar, Batala Road, Distt.Sri Amritsar Sahib.

Since the petitioner was subsequently being threatened by the accused party by showing a licensed revolver, the petitioner is alleged to have made a complaint before the Commissioner of Police, Sri Amritsar Sahib for seizing the licensed revolver of the accused. As no action was taken, petitioner filed CRM-M 44163/2016 which was got disposed of with a direction dated 9.12.2016 by this Court to the Commissioner of Police, Sri Amritsar Sahib to pass a speaking order within three weeks.
