Petitioner filed CWP 24571/2016 challenging his transfer from Govt.Senior Secondary School,Odhan,Distt.Sirsa to Govt. Girls Senior Secondary School,Kalanwali,District Sirsa on the ground of violation of transfer policy issued by respondents in 2016. The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 30.11.2016 with a direction to respondent concerned to decide the representation dated 18.8.2016 of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.

Now instant contempt has been filed alleging disobedience of said order dated 30.11.2016.

COCP 583/2017 At the time of hearing today, learned State counsel has produced a copy of the speaking order dated 6.4.2017 passed by Director,Secondary Education,Haryana whereby said representation dated 18.8.2016 was considered and rejected. Copy of the said order is taken on record.

In view of the order dated 6.4.2017,taken on record today, in my opinion, no further action is warranted in the instant petition as the order dated 30.11.2016 passed by this Court stands complied with. However, if so advised, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations the present contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous.
