**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner alleges violation of interim order dated 30.01.2017. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, however, submits that the main petition has been disposed of by the same Bench which passed the interim order. According to him, price bid in respect of Panipat Divisional Offic, was opened on 05.04.2017 i.e. after final disposal of CWP-1472-2017 on 14.03.2017.

In view of aforesaid stand, no further adjudication is necessary. Disposed of.

Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in case aforesaid statement is found to be incorrect.
