*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed short reply by way of affidavit of respondent No.1 in the Court and the same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of order passed by this Court on 05.08.2016 in Criminal Misc. No. M-26854 of 2016, speaking order dated 22.04.2017 has been passed and the same has been annexed as Annexure R-1/1 with the short reply. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order has been passed just to avoid the contempt proceedings and the representation of the petitioner has not been rightly considered. Learned counsel also submits that the car of the petitioner is still lying in the Police Station whereas a wrong finding has been given that car has been handed over to one Paramjit Singh whereas learned State counsel submits that he has himself verified Neetu Rani 2017.05.09 16:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

COCP No.589 of 2017 this fact from Sh. Harpal Singh, Superintendent of Police (Operation), Tarn Taran.

Since only the direction was there to decide representation dated 25.06.2016 moved by the petitioner by passing a speaking order and the same has been passed, nothing remains in this contempt petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.
