This Court had passed interim order dated 24.8.2017 in CWP 19027/2017,which reads as under:- "Inter alia contends that the petitioners were made regular from the date of their joining after protracted litigation (Annexure P/1 and P/2). Reference is made to regularisation order dated 12.6.2017 (Annexure P/3) wherein regularisation have been done between the period ranging from 1996 to 1999 instead of period ranging from 2000 to 2004. It is submitted that now the said order has been withdrawn vide order dated 28.7.2017 (P/4) without any valid reason. It is further contended that the petitioners would be adversely affected as their pay would be reduced in view of the impugned order dated 28.7.2017 (P/4).

COCP 547/2018 Instant contempt petition was filed with the allegations that the respondents have not complied with the stay order dated 24.8.2017 and reduced the pay of the petitioners.
Notice of motion was issued.
At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners states that now the order dated 24.8.2017 stands complied with, as the monetary benefits have been released to the petitioners, thus rendering the instant contempt petition as infructuous.
Disposed of as infructuous.
