**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) State counsel submits that the petitioner did not surrender before the concerned Court. However, counsel for the petitioner submits that due to the age factor and age related issues, the petitioner could not understand the order in which strict terms and he be given one more final opportunity to surrender before the concerned Court. In the entirety of facts and circumstances, petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Illaqa Magistrate positively by 17.02.2023 at 11 a.m. In case, if the petitioner surrenders, the concerned Court shall release him on bail as per the conditions mentioned in paras 10 and 11 of the order dated 18.01.2023. Further, the petitioner shall file an application about compliance of all the conditions mentioned in the order dated 18.01.2023. In case, the petitioner does not surrender on the extended time, then this order shall stand recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court.
Given above, the present petition stands disposed of with aforesaid clarification.
