Instant revision petition has been filed under Section 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 27.07.2021 passed by the Family Court, Panipat, whereby, the petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.30,000/- per month to the respondents. After arguing at some length, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all the available pleas before the Family Court, Panipat. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
