The petitioner herein is a tenant. Before the Rent Controller, the respondent-landlady's petition seeking the petitioner-tenant's eviction is pending.

During the pendency of the eviction petition, the petitionertenant has filed an application for permission to get the site plan prepared of the entire building from the Draftsman which was rejected by the Rent Controller. It has been observed by the Rent Controller that the landlady is the owner of only two shops which are forming part of the property No. 26, situated in IDB Market, Amritsar. However, when the case was fixed for his evidence, the tenant filed an application for permission to get the site plan prepared of the entire building. The Rent Controller found that such site plan would not be relevant for the decision of the case because the landlady is the owner only of two shops. Civil Revision No. 159 of 2025 landlady vide transfer deed dated 22.02.2018, from the Draftsman. 3.
Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
