Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner himself, states that he shall comply with the requirement as mentioned in the order dated 01.09.2017 passed by the respondentDepartment within 15 days. In case the needful is done within 15 days, the respondents shall pass a fresh speaking order within four weeks from the date of receipt of the documents asked for and thereafter pay the amount due to the petitioner, as determined.
