The petitioner Association, without disclosing who its members are, is invoking the contempt jurisdiction of this Court pursuant to the show cause notice dated 3.1.2018 issued to M/s Goel Filling Station, Nissing,Karnal.

It is contended that it is in violation of the order dated 16.1.2018 passed by the Delhi High Court inasmuch as the respondents are proceeding to take action.

At the time of hearing, realizing that the order dated 16.1.2018 is subsequent to the show cause notice, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present contempt petition to enable his client to file a reply to the show cause notice and bring it to the notice of the Authorities.
