***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.198, dated 09.12.2018, under Sections 307, 323, 353, 186 and 34 IPC, Police Station Boha, District Mansa.

According to the prosecution, petitioner and his son beaten up the police party headed by ASI Harbans Singh, when he was checking the hotel of the petitioner.

Considering the seriousness of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
