Isha Kaul ..............Petitioner v.
Nilambari Jagadale ..............Respondent Coram:
Hon'ble Mr.Justice Jaswant Singh Present:- Mr.Tribhawan Singla,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J,(Oral).
The petitioner has filed the instant contempt alleging disobedience of order dated 19.12.2017 passed by this Court in CRM-M48618/2017 whereby respondent was directed to consider and decide the complaint/representation dated 21.8.2017 in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the said order.
A perusal of the paperbook reveals that pursuant to the said order dated 19.12.2017 FIR No.0001 dated 13.1.2018 under Sections 323/406/498-A stands registered at Women Police Station, on the basis of oral statement made by the petitioner before the police. By filing instant contempt it is alleged that the FIR has not been registered on the basis of complaint/representation dated 21.8.2017, as directed by this Court. After arguing for sometime and having failed to convince the Court, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the instant contempt Rajinder Parshad Joshi 2018.02.19 17:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
