Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioners allege violation of order dated 29.8.2016 whereby application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC was disposed of. It appears that injunction orders dated 17.5.2016 and 30.5.2016 were modified. It was directed that same would not apply on killa Nos. 18 & 19. As the civil suit is still pending, petitioners can avail of appropriate remedy under the Code of Civil Procedure in case there is any violation of orders passed in an application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2. Present petition is thus misconceived. Same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy.
