The case has been taken up through video conferencing. Counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner - Bogha Singh has since expired. In terms of the note on the custody certificate filed by the State Counsel, the petitioner has died on 18.06.2020 while undergoing treatment in the Civil Hositapil, Faridkot. Under such circumstances, the present petition for grant of regular bail moved on behalf of the petitioner - Bogha Singh has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
