Petitioner is employed as an Accountant in the Forest Department and filed CWP 10578/2016 challenging the order dated 17.5.2016 whereby he was transferred from his place of posting from Hoshiarpur to Phillaur. In the said writ petition interim order dated 26.5.2016 was passed whereby operation of the transfer order was stayed. Now the petitioner has been shifted from Accounts Branch to Miscellaneous Branch at his place of posting at Hoshiarpur and therefore, alleges that interim direction dated 26.5.2016 has been violated. At the outset counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the instant contempt petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
