Ms. Deepali Puri, Advocate is on caveat assisted by the senior counsel Sh. Gurminder Singh. Counsel on both sides agree that an opportunity to cross-examine can be given to the petitioner provided that he concludes the cross-examination on the same day. The counesl Sh. Bansal states that he will conclude it on the day when it is posted and he will not make any issue of personal inconvenience or any other inconvenience. The counsel does not press his objection about the venue of arbitration.

With these observations, the order already passed by the Arbitrator closing the evidence is modified and the revision petition is disposed of.
