(ORAL) The present contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 11.01.2017 vide which a direction was issued to respondent No.4 to take action on the letter dated 01.11.2016 and to release the pension if claim of the petitioner is found to be justified. Reply has been filed. As per the said reply, pension of the petitioner was not stopped because of non-submission of the life certificate, rather it has been stopped on account of Circular dated 23.06.2014 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
