Learned State counsel, on instructions from Ranjit Singh, DSP, 80th Battalion, who is present in court, submits that pursuant to directions given by writ court, a detailed order has been passed which is annexed as annexure R1 to the reply. He further submits that due to certain mistakes, order in the nature of corrigendum (annexure R2) was also issued. He further submits that State shall act in accordance with the speaking order at the earliest, in any case not later than two months. In view of aforesaid statement made by State counsel, no cause of action subsists in this petition. Same is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
