(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that his pay has been refixed by withdrawing the certain benefits in June, 2017 after he retired from service on 30.06.2016. Counsel for the petitioner states that no opportunity was given to the petitioner before withdrawing the said benefits. Counsel for the petitioner further states that for the relief which has been sought in the present writ petition, the petitioner has served the respondents with a legal notice on 08.08.2018 (Annexure P-8), which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to the respondents to decide the said legal notice.
