Petitioner side lodged as many as five criminal cases against respondent-Raghunath Sharma and his family members. Later on, with the intervention of respectables, they decided to amicably settle the matters. Accordingly, they filed as many as four petitions under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking quashing of said FIRs on the basis of compromise arrived at between them. This Court, after getting statements of the parties recorded by trial Court, quashed the FIRs. Now in the instant contempt it is alleged that respondent side is not complying with the terms and conditions of compromise deed dated 14.7.2015(P-1) the statements recorded before the trial court dated 30.9.2015(P-12) and 1.10.2015(P-13) and consequential orders dated 21.3.2016(P-2 to P-5) passed by this Court.
