Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings on the ground that interim order passed in favour of the petitioner in civil suit has been violated. It has been urged before the court that suit was ultimately decreed and RSA emanating from the suit is still pending before this court. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, no case for interference in the contempt jurisdiction is made out. Dismissed.

Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to avail alternate remedy, if any.
