Admittedly the petitioner had an altercation on 2.3.2017 at 12 noon in front of her house with the accused party named in FIR No.36 dated 3.3.2017 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 148, 149 IPC, PS Laddowal, Distt.Ludhiana City with regard to the said incident. It was claimed that on 3.3.2017 at around 12 noon the petitioner was admitted to a private hospitalPreet Nursing Home due to pain in the stomach leading to abortion of 5 months'm fetus. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that abortion of the fetus was result of altercation on the previous day and inspite of due notice the police authorities have not added the offence under appropriate section in the said FIR.

The present contempt has been filed on the ground that no further investigations have been conducted by the police authorities inspite of the order dated 21.7.2017 passed by this Court.
