(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed for noncompliance of order dated 26.4.2012, vide which the respondents were directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for allotment of plot as an oustee.

Admittedly, the said order has been complied with by way of passing a speaking order dated 2.8.2018, whereby Baljeet Singh-petitioner is found to entitle to get the allotment of plot No.164-E, measuring 420 Sqm in Sector-12, only in his name by deleting the name of his co-sharer mentioned in the allotment letter dated 30.3.2006. In view of the above, the order appears to have been complied with and the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed.

However, the respondents are directed to hand over the possession of the aforesaid plot to the petitioner within a period of four SHARMILA DEVI 2018.11.26 17:56 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document phhc
