The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to the respondents to consider him for the post of Assistant Legal Officer. 2.
Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has applied under PwD category and he has secured 259 marks whereas cut off in his category was 268, thus, the petitioner cannot be issued appointment letter.

In the wake of statement of learned State counsel, the present petition stands disposed of.
