***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Amardeep Jain, Estate Officer, HSVP, Faridabad, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondents has referred to Para 5 thereof. Same reads as under:- "5. That in compliance of the direction issued by this Hon'ble Court the amount due has been calculated by charging the simple interest at the rate of 18% PA and as per the said calculation, excess payment amounting to Rs.2,03,186/- deposited by the petitioner is to be refunded. A copy of the calculation is attached herewith as Annexure R-I. Further in this regard, a letter vide memo no.5912 dated 04.05.2018 has been sent to the petitioner to provide the bank details of Sh. Narender Kumar Sood, so that the amount may be refunded. A copy of the letter dated 04.05.2018 is annexed as Annexure R2." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall furnish the account number to the concerned authority within a week from today.
