Mr. Sumeet Puri, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of reply filed, no cause of action survives for pursuing the present petition. However he seeks liberty to avail remedies available in accordance with law, in case need so arises. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty aforesaid.
